A software factory, not a project shop
Traceteck manufactures software tools for companies and operations centres in Mexico. We do not sell projects: we sell finished products that you subscribe to, configure and run.
The judgement comes from fourteen years inside our customers' operations. In that time the team watched the same pattern repeat at different companies: operations running on logbooks, spreadsheets and memory, and processes nobody can reconstruct three months later. Traceteck exists to solve those problems once and properly, as a product.
We are a new company. The experience is not.
